Join our dynamic team as an Administration Officer based in Brisbane CBD. You'll provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our businesses. Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate Domestic and International travel for Industries employees
  • Maintain personal and generic (shared) mailboxes
  • Manage onboarding of new employees and Subcontractors
  • Identify and coordinate required training for staff and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate training records (training matrix + Personnel files) for all staff and subcontractors
  • Assist with Ad-hoc Admin duties where required (including but not limited to testing new software for improved efficiency within the business, and assisting with Ad-hoc projects
  • Participate as part of the Industries Administration team and collaborate effectively within a remote team
