Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate Domestic and International travel for Industries employees
- Maintain personal and generic (shared) mailboxes
- Manage onboarding of new employees and Subcontractors
- Identify and coordinate required training for staff and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate training records (training matrix + Personnel files) for all staff and subcontractors
- Assist with Ad-hoc Admin duties where required (including but not limited to testing new software for improved efficiency within the business, and assisting with Ad-hoc projects
- Participate as part of the Industries Administration team and collaborate effectively within a remote team
