The Line of Business:
As a Sales & Service Team Leader for our client IAG, you will be responsible for managing a large team representing one of IAG's most trusted insurance partners, NRMA. You're team will form new relationships with customers and strengthen existing ones by discussing a range of policies, educating them to make informed decisions on protection and prevention.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of:
- Providing continuous coaching and feedback to enhance each team member’s capability
- Analyse and manage the campaign to ensure ongoing success
- Manage team members schedule adherence
- Confidently manage all team productivity and service metrics
- Conducting data deep dives to share with external stakeholders
- Create an ongoing team culture that reflects the TSA Ways
- Driving productivity and high quality, with attendance as a key focus
