About the role
The position of Chief Engineer is an integral part of the SeaLink South Australia's Marine Operations crew. The primary function of this role is the safe and efficient operation of Company vessel engines and mechanical systems. This will include working as part of a team, whilst maintaining excellence in safety and reliability at all times.
The Chief Engineer is expected to meet and exceed key performance indicators, whilst displaying a high level of work ethics. This position requires interpersonal and organisational skills, and effective written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
