What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of the Office: As the first point of contact, you'll greet clients, answer calls, and handle correspondence with warmth and professionalism.
- Keep Things Organised: You'll manage office administration tasks including filing, scanning, and saving documents, ensuring everything is in its right place.
- Shadow and assist our Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager
- Assistance with accounts payable, inclusive of payroll
- Assistance with recruitment and onboarding process
- Assistance with Manufacturing online order process
- Maintain the Office: From managing meeting rooms to organising guest, you’ll ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
