Ensure all data in the Wild Earth software systems is accurate at all times. ? Analise business data from multiple channels (online, in-store, and mobile) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. ? Provide detailed analysis and reports to management on product, promotional, and channel performance. ? Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning. ? Develop and maintain data dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders across all ? Ensure all reporting is delivered to all departments accurately and on time. ? Communicate stock management issues and provide feedback on initial allocation quantities and issues. ? Produce and distribute weekly stock management and channel performance reports. ? Provide timely feedback on issues and proactive solutions on better ways of working. ? Communicate to key stakeholders on store and DC inventory levels, and online stock availability. ? Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes and data management practices across all channels. ? Support new enhancements and projects through research, testing, and monitoring. ? Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding system and store operating procedures. ? Provide analysis and recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction in an omni-channel environment. Qualification & Experience Previous retail experience in an inventory-based role in product data for ecommerce websites ? Proficient with Microsoft Power Bi Qualification level - bachelor's Degree At least 2 years of full time work experience in similar role ? Knowledge of Neto ecommerce system (or similar), particularly familiar with c-panel and the ability to set up and manage data loads, data exports, import and export data mappings, API's, activate promotions, create coupons ? An analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail & a sense of urgency ? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines ? Proven ability to make sound business decisions & be a keen problem solver ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Advanced excel skills (Confident with filters, sorting, creating formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s) ? Ability to demonstrate, using data and analysis, recommendations, and measure effectiveness ? Neto - Maropost / Unleashed experience is preferred ? Understanding of product data naming conventions ? A passionate thought leader in the field of data and its application to digital businesses ? Managing, supporting, and building relationships with senior stakeholders and team members from various departments internally ? Creative thinker with a positive ‘can do’ attitude ? Ability to think laterally, work autonomously, whilst being confident to take responsibility and ask questions ? Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure ?
