Clean Tech Controls is looking for a Business Services Manager to join our busy office in Tempe.
Skills & Tasks Include:
- Provide high-level executive support in administration, strategic planning, and operations to assist the Managing Director.
- Manage and facilitate communication among different departments for the provision of accurate and timely information to ensure cohesive operations.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as handle other human resource functions.
- Facilitate and manage client interactions to efficiently and effectively schedule freight and engineering services.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving office procedures and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, manage vendor relationships and keep track of inventory levels.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification.
- At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
- Relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
Pay Rate:
- $80,000 to $90,000 per annum depending on qualification and experience.
