We have a great opportunity for an experienced Chemical Engineer to join our Railton team in the role of Process Engineer. The Process Engineer role provides expert technical support and advice to our manufacturing operation to drive the overall productivity and efficiency of our business. The Process Engineer role identifies and applies continuous improvement initiatives and processes as well as providing technical support and advice to the site.
This position reports to the Production Manager as a stand alone position however the role requires constant collaboration with all aspects of our Tasmanian operation.

In this role you will:
Ensure efficient operation of process equipment, develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
Develop output and cost improvement initiatives.
Reduce the number and duration of equipment stops via determining root cause and implementing actions to prevent reoccurrence.
