The Customer Specialist ? Lending is responsible for Guiding customers through a loan application accurately and efficiently.

Identifying ways to assist our customers such as consolidating their debt and providing a tailored solution for their current and future needs
Keep in contact with customers throughout their loan process for a seamless experience
Assess all new card, and Personal loan applications submitted through the retail branch channel and online applications.
Ensure that all documents are verified accurately and sent to appropriate queues within expected time frames.
Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of professionalism & integrity adhering to Credit Policy & standards.
Conduct relevant research to make responsible lending decisions, by contacting employers, other finance companies, and accountants etc. to conform financial information provided
