Role Description:
Provide Executive and Business Management Support to the Director HVS (DHVS)
Organise the DHVS Mailbox ensuring all items are catalogued, actioned, and trimmed.
Act as the first point of contact for Stakeholders requesting HVS related information and meetings with the DHVS.
Provide Business Management Support with coordination and hosting of meetings attended by senior managers and external stakeholders.
Provide management support in relation to the HVS training Matrix and Coordination of training.
Set up and Co-ordinate the monthly HVS whole of staff meeting and prepare presentations for the DHVS to deliver to staff.
Prepare agendas and take minutes at the meetings with DHVS and senior managers as well as SHW monthly meetings and follow up on actions as required.
Coordinate the Quarterly Rewards and Recognition awards and presentations to staff.
