The Account Manager role is designed to focus on building revenue growth through relationship and solutions sales across multiple target clients.
This position will form part of a Client Relationship team and will support a high performing wider sales business unit.
- Manage account relationships across specific account segments
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound client engagement via calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Work with solutioning teams to help deliver client solutions and Close opportunities
- Research accounts, identify key contacts and initiate and manage relationships
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with sales directors to build pipeline and identify opportunities
