Are you 100% customer focused and driven to provide top notch customer service? NRMA Ocean Beach Resort is a family-friendly resort paradise and we currently have casual positions available to assist the team in our onsite cafe as we prepare for our busy season:
What you will do:
- Greet guests with a big smile, take orders and handle cash/card transactions
- Make coffee (we can help train you)
- Assist with basic food preparation
- Ensure tables are clear and clean
- Restock fridge/freezer items
- Attend team meetings as required
- Any other duties required as requested by the Café or Resort Manager
What you will bring:
- Experience in a restaurant, cafe, bistro, or previous customer service experience.
- Outstanding people skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality
- The ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
