Role Overview: As a Senior Tenancy Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing tenancy delivery through various phases of project establishment and construction. Your role will involve liaising with various stakeholders, coordinating design and construction processes, and ensuring all requirements are met for a successful tenancy delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Project Establishment / Delivery:
Leasing Phase: Collaborate with the Leasing Team to issue Tenancy Fitout Guidelines and brief Lessees on design and construction standards. Oversee the preparation and distribution of individual Tenancy plans by the Architect. Develop and maintain the tenancy coordination tracking schedule.
Design Approval Phase: Distribute the project Information pack to Lessees and their designers, including essential documentation and guidelines. Regularly update the Tenancy Coordination tracking schedule. Work with clients to
