The Role
Mount Isa Mines are currently advertising an internal opportunity that exists for the role of Blast Furnace Shift Supervisor. Reporting to the Superintendent ? Blast Furnace Operations, you will manage and support he operations team to focus on the continual improvement initiatives regarding safety and production. This position is offered on a residential basis and you will be required to work in accordance with 4/4 continuous roster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Lead, Motivate and mentor the crew
