Trinity Institute Crown Education Pty Ltd T/A Trinity Institute (Australia) is seeking a full-time Accountant to join their team at 43 Hunter Street, Parramatta NSW 2150 Benefits Good Salary Package: (AUD 75-80K + Super) Task & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Preparing financial statements with journal entries with high level of accuracy on every aspect of financial reports of companies. Preparing accounting reports of the company and administering payroll. Reviewing profit and loss statements, examine operating costs and troubleshoot cash flow problems. Assisting managers and directors with strategic planning and financial reports of the business. Advising auditors with queries on sales and expense reconciliation. Reconciling student finance transactions monthly. Month end processing including preparation and posting of journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger. Preparing and lodging the BAS, PAYG etc. Preparing monthly/yearly budgets as required. Dealing with internal and external queries regarding accounts receivable invoices. Liaising with external auditors on accounting procedures and records. Proactively identify new initiatives that could benefit the organization. Ensuring taxes are lodged correctly and on time, and all obligations are followed. Prioritizing tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a busy environment. Qualification & Experience An Ideal Candidate must be: You flourish in dynamic settings, readily embracing and executing the tasks required to propel the growth of an early-stage company. You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. You have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards. Experience in auditing is a plus. You have expertise in financial management systems and tools.
