About the role
An experienced and professional residential Estimator/Scheduler is required to join an established team with a strong background in double story builds. You will have an understanding and experience working within in the mid-high end boutique building environment a plus and be driven by excellence.
Skills & experience
Provide detailed cost estiamtes and schedule management for construction double story builds.
Analysing plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates
Assessing cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops
Ability to estimate multiple projects at a time
Excellent communication skills
