The Opportunity We are looking for passionate Youth Workers to work directly with young people who are vulnerable and in need of assistance. You will be the person in their lives to help them build life skills, healthy attachments, and most importantly be there for them when they need you the most. You will work through tough times and challenges together, knowing that the ultimate outcome is guiding them to live a fulfilled and independent life. Advocating for a young person's sense of belonging while encouraging their independence is a deeply rewarding career path. Travel around the Townsville region will be essential for this role. This role is for full-time employment and requires availability across 7 days . We operate a roster of a minimum of 5 x 24-hours shifts per fortnight. Benefits
