The role is a full time position working Monday - Friday, with 9 hour shifts between 7:30am-5pm . Working longer hours means you get one shorter shift of 8 hours and one rostered day off per fortnight!
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering phone calls and emails promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, referrers, and hospital specialists.
