Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking a Chef/Team Leader to join Cooee Lodge Aged Care Facility.
About the position
This position will be responsible for the delivery of food services within Council's aged care facility - Cooee Lodge, including ordering, preparation, cleaning, staff supervision and regulatory compliance.
Permanent full time
38 hours week
Rostered Monday - Sunday

About you:
Council is looking for someone who has the following qualities, experience and or qualifications
Relevant qualification and/or experience in cooking and working in a large commercial kitchen or similar
Knowledge and skills in preparation of special dietary needs in accordance with care plans
Ability to lead and supervise staff
Demonstrated ability to comply with documentation requirements
