School-based traineeships for students enrolled at Hillcrest Christian College in either years 10, 11 or 12 are now available in our Early Childhood centres located at Reedy Creek and Mudgeeraba. The successful students must have the willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and be currently enrolled at Hilcrest Chistian College. The trainees timetable must allow for a combination of school studies, paid work and training in one of our Early Learning Centres, generally 7.5 hours per week.
