As a result of our strategic growth and winning projects, we are looking for a Graduate Planning Engineer to join McMahon Services Civil & Infrastructure team in SA.

About the role:
With the company showing continued growth, we are seeking a Graduate Planning Engineer to join our Civil & Infrastructure team. Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the project team with planning, scheduling, and setting up a planning system to manage and track activities, critical contractual and construction milestones, and labour and equipment resources on site.
This will include to:
• Create, maintain, review, and administer construction project schedules/programs
• Support the tendering team with the creation of a tender project schedule
• Liaise with project managers and project engineers to discuss the project progress and address any issues
• Liaise with external stakeholders to develop and maintain construction project schedules
• Support the project team with the preparation of reports and presentations of progress to the clients
• Support managing an effective relationship and communication with the customer and other relevant stakeholders
About you:
To be successful in the role, you will need:
• Qualifications in Project Management , Engineering, Project Controls, Business and Accounting
• Previous experience of working in relevant industry planning/scheduling role
• Sound understanding of project management and construction methodologies
• Construction White Card and Current driver’s license
• Relevant knowledge of Planning software, including MS Project and Primavera
• Ability to obtain ADF DCAC & Police Check
