About the opportunity:
Our clients have some major long term construction projects around Perth and are looking for talented and experience Carpenters to join the growing team.
Reporting to the project Supervisor, you will be required to deliver efficient carpentry/maintenance works to a high standard of workmanship and be able to work autonomously as well as with our team of Carpenters.
You will be responsible for:
- Assembling prepared components into windows and doors to form structures and fittings ready to install.
- Following production drawings to determine materials required, dimensions and construction procedures
- Undertaking all aspects of the carpentry trade, including construction, installation, and repairs of new and existing structures.
- Be committed to following quality and safety procedures and able to identify, report, and rectify any hazards
What you need:
- Able to pass a medical and Drug and Alcohol
- White Card
- Carpenters Trade Certificate
- 100% commitment to safety, quality, and best practice at all times.
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation.
- Previous Carpentry/Tradesman experience, preferably 4 years minimum, in a commercial maintenance environment.
- flexible and adaptable to work across multiple sites where needed.
