The successful candidate will be:
•Trade Qualified
•Prior experience and knowledge of A la Carte, Buffet and outdoor catering styles.
•Talented and creative
•Possess excellent communication skills
•Team Players
•True desire to succeed in this profession.
•Previous 5 Star Experience in a larger kitchen brigade is highly regarded
•The ability to work rotating shifts across 7 days.
