About the role
Rabobank Australia is looking for a talented marketing manager with over five years’ experience, and one as passionate as we are about food, agriculture and contributing to the vibrancy of rural and regional Australia.
In this highly varied role you’ll work in collaboration with our supportive marketing team and leverage your expertise to bring campaigns, events and sponsorship opportunities to life.
You’ll work closely with our regional and branch teams to own the food and agriculture space – helping develop, drive and execute marketing strategy for designated regions – and make clever use of budgets and opportunities to share Rabo’s deep industry knowledge and delight our farming clients.
We are heavily invested in the communities in which we work and live, so you’ll have your ear to the ground, helping drive regional business development strategy, plus identifying and leveraging national and regional sponsorships deals.
What we're looking for
Sharing our purpose, our clients’ stories and our agri knowledge and networks requires strategic marketing skills, knock-out communication skills, including the ability to present and influence, coupled with active listening skills to pick up on opportunities to generate ideas.
We love people, and you’ll easily build a strong rapport across Rabo and externally to understand the business, our amazing clients and kick some goals.
