McCarroll Motors is a privately owned multi franchise dealership covering Ford, Kia and lronman 4 X 4 brands. We are located in Mudgee, approximately 3 hours north west of Sydney. Mudgee has built a reputation in the tourism industry as an extremely popular food/wine destination and has been named Australia's Top Tourism Town for 2021 and 2022. If a tree change is in order, Mudgee offers the best of both worlds will all the facilities normally found in a much larger rural community.
Qualifications & experience
• Qualified Motor Mechanic
• Current drivers' license
• A commitment to quality service
• Repair and diagnostic skills
• Capable of maintaining and improving Productivity & Efficiency
• A positive and motivating attitude
• A keen eye for detail
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Able to maintain safe working practices & ensure occupational health & safety standards are adhered too
• Franchise automotive dealership experience is preferred but not essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Day to day light vehicle mechanical duties handling a mix of retail, warranty, pre-delivery, used car reconditioning and aftermarket fit out
• Perform diagnosis and rectify mechanical problems
• Working alongside other experienced technicians and closely with our Spare Parts Department
• The position reports to the Service Manager and Dealer Principal

• Remuneration package negotiable depending on candidate's experience - $55,000 - $75,000 per year
