Job description
The role Join a purpose driven medical technology business who's just completed Series C funding. Reporting into the Head of Data & Analytics, you'll be leading a small team and building out analytics solutions across the enterprise.
What you'll be doing:
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Improve the customer experience across web and mobile applications.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Tableau to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Utilize Databricks for data processing, transformation, and advanced analytics.
Implement and manage data storage solutions on AWS, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
