Establishing partnerships with external educational institutions to deliver targeted leadership development programs.
Utilizing data to design a continuous learning program aligned with the organization's strategic plan.
Providing regular reports on the impact and outcomes of learning services.
Ensuring learning pathways align with the organization's mission, values, and strategic direction.
Undertaking additional tasks as requested by the Learning and Development Manager.
Skills and Experience Required:
Relevant tertiary degree and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Proven experience in learning and development with up-to-date knowledge of leadership development frameworks.
Experience in implementing learning programs and succession planning pathways.
