About the Role
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a seasonal Rollerspotter / Entry Level Welder to join our Production Team located at Pioneer Mill. A Trade background is desired but not essential to fill this role, a willingness to learn new skills and work as a key part of the production team are strong attributes for this role. On the job training will be provided for the successful applicant.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Perform routine gas metal arc welding (hard facing) on mill rollers
Use and maintain an automated welding machine as required by the team
Assisting in the maintenance of plant, equipment and factory facilities. This may include working in confined spaces.
Documenting processes and maintaining quality principles and standards.
