POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented General Clerks to join our dynamic team. As a General Clerk at Veritech Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office activities. You will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and assisting with administrative duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other business documents.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and office systems.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Provide administrative support to various departments within the organisation.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
• Ensure the office environment is well-organised and that supplies are maintained.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply
• AQF Certificate II or III or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar clerical or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
