ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Program or Project Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the smooth execution of projects and programs across our operations. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project activities align with the strategic goals of Gate Automation NSW. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, installation teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our automation solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to targets.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and records.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks.
• Support the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum AQF Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role as a program or project administrator or related field.
• Proven experience managing or coordinating projects, preferably in an automation, construction, or technical services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
