POSITION SUMMARY:
The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems that enhance our business processes and service delivery. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and translating them into technical solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and implement new IT systems or upgrade existing ones to meet business needs, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and integration.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop technical specifications, workflows, and documentation to support system enhancements and upgrades.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of system solutions.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure seamless operation.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data security and IT governance standards.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve system capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in a complex IT environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system design, and software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with system integration, database management, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects.
• Experience in the education or migration services sector.
• Knowledge of IT governance, data protection, and security practices.
