At The Upper Reach, we are looking for a full time (38 hours per week) skilled Chef to perform the following duties:
Responsibility
• Creating and planning specials and menus on regular basis;
• Monitoring and managing stock levels;
• Estimating food costs and managing the budget;
• Inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe sanitary food handling practices;
• Hiring, training and managing kitchen staff
Requirements
• The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience
• Must be a clean and organized worker, able to work independently, and able to work well under pressure in busy service times
Position: Full Time
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
