Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and oversee the construction of concrete from concept to completion.
Prepare comprehensive engineering plans, detailed specifications, and accurate cost estimates.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet established goals.
Resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process promptly and efficiently.
Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform structural analysis and conduct risk assessments to ensure project integrity.
Implement quality control measures and ensure strict adherence to project specifications.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management.
Participate in client meetings, offering expert advice on engineering matters.
Mentor junior engineers, providing training and professional development as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete construction, ideally in pool construction.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management software.
Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices in construction.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
