What will a day in the role look like?
- Develop a high profile with our key accounts and within our Water & Civil sector in this region.
- Develop and implement the business plan for Water & Civil, incorporating VSA and ANZ strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Managing the Water & Civil teams effectively to achieve the project objectives and liaise with clients and stakeholders to meet their expectations.
- Clearly communicate our business priorities to our teams and deliver high levels of engagement and respect in your leadership style.
- Deliver on business plan key metrics
- Successfully deliver a program of projects i.e. adequately resourced, delivered on time/on budget, client satisfaction and commercially aligned with business expectations.
- Connect with ANZ and global peers to support workshare and successful client outcomes.
- Connect our team to global technical leaders to support project positioning and client experience.
- Development of safety first and project excellence culture.
