The Rise Program is an alternative learning experience for all Year 9 students at Hillcrest Christian College that ignites students potential by fostering a transformative journey of self-discovery, community engagement, and entrepreneurial thinking. The goal is to cultivate a positive and caring environment that supports our young adolescents to actively shape their own learning path and focus on their personal interests and strengths. The Year Level Leader for the Rise Program will support the Deputy Head of Rise Program to drive a professional improvement agenda and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality pastoral outcomes for all students. This is a full-time permanent position working within our Rise Program. start or negotiated Term with successful applicant if available. Outdoor Education or pastoral experience in a school setting highly regarded.
