Enzo's Cucina Labrador is now looking for a talented and experienced Cook to join their team
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Set the workstation with the required ingredients and equipment for cooking.
Prepare the ingredients before cooking them such as cutting the meat, preparing batter, boiling vegetables, etc.
Cook according to the steps and techniques as needed for the dish being prepared.
Present the food neatly before serving.
Ensure food and ingredients are stored in their required conditions.
Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitary.
Follow the health codes and regulations in all activities.
Maintain an inventory of all the ingredients and ensure there is always a stock of ingredients.
Maintain the kitchen equipment and utensils well.
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Cook;
Strong culinary skills and the ability to work well under pressure;
The ability to follow recipes;
Work well as part of team and alone;
Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques
Ability to stand on your feet for long hours;
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
