The Opportunity
This role involves the development, implementation, and management of estimating systems, databases, and tools to ensure precise project cost estimates, while also providing technical support to bid managers. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering & Design, the Estimating Manager also leads, mentors, and coaches a team of engineers and analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing team of technical experts
Plan estimation programs to optimise resource efficiency and ensure timely output delivery from the estimating team.
Oversee cost estimates for all work programs.
Cultivate and sustain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
Oversee and coordinate subject matter expert support in cost estimation
