Transport Co ordinators Wanted!
Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking Transport Coordinators to join their client located in West Footscray, Day shift working Monday to Friday our client is a market leader in Records and Information Management, providing document storage and records lifecycle solutions
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the transport planning across business units for the internal fleet, whilst satisfying the needs of the network and the customer through the efficient use of cost-effective methodologies. This will be supported by regular data analysis and route optimisation to identify opportunities for improvement.
Main duties will include but are not limited to:
Prepare daily work plans/runs
Review Log Sheets and daily data
Ensuring 100% accuracy on the summary reports then reporting discrepancies
Work order management - plan, optimise and schedule upcoming work orders.
Review completed work orders
