This role will support the management of the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Property and Sustainability section, which delivers a broad spectrum of enabling services to the department, including:
facilities management
fleet management
property leasing
sustainability
project management of property construction projects
stationery services
The section sits within the Integrity, Security, and Property Branch in the Chief People Officer Division. Duties
Manage the incoming daily facilities management requests Nationwide: acknowledging requests with issuer identify/problem solve best solutions to requests create associated work orders according to priority manage/track ongoing progress of requests to completion when required be on site to accommodate facility works.
Build and maintain good working relationships with Jones Lang La Salle (JLL) Facilities
