Rotating roster which will include weekend and starts from 5am or finishing as late as 11pm
Job Duties/Essential Functions Develops, coaches, counsels, and directs Meat Department personnel Monitors employee performance and provides proactive feedback to promote teamwork and accountability Participates in the employment process by making recommendations for hiring, promotion, and termination Participates in Meat Department employee evaluations Responds to employee concerns using problem solving skills, tact, and discretion in accordance with the Costco Employee Agreement and other applicable regulations Approves timecards and other reports Implements and upholds proper Meat Department and general safety procedures and standards Logs sanitation procedures performed on daily report Complies with health code
