As the Lead AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation of the company. Reporting to the executive team, you will be responsible for assembling and leading a team of junior engineers, working closely with them on a day-to-day basis to build and refine the core AI and Microsoft technology stack. Technical Strategy: Develop and implement the core technology stack, leveraging your deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, M365, and AI.
