About the role
FIFO from Perth.
8:6 Family-friendly roster.
Identify learning and development improvement opportunities that will facilitate accelerated training pathways.
Develop and drive stakeholder engagement and establish relationships with sites to allow open and productive communication and information exchange.
Advise and assist the Macmahon site training departments to maintain and manage the process for training and reporting systems (LMS).
