The Commercial Products team manages a fleet of custom-built systems that perform critical functions for our Sales Operations, Traffic, Finance and Presentation teams, which make it possible for us to sell and traffic ads into our linear broadcasts schedules. In your role as a people leader your focus will be removing blockers, breaking down silos, and championing an iterative, DevOps mindset. You are also comfortable working with a variety of technical and non technical stakeholders.
Role responsibilities:
- Work with engineering leadership to identify opportunities to improve practices and processes around engineering and delivery, and assist with the implementation and upkeep of these practices
- Help develop and maintain a strategy to deliver on business goals via system improvements and new functionality
- Participate in and, when required, facilitate team ceremonies.
- Feed into the product roadmap, especially by identifying opportunities for technical improvement that will deliver business value via improved reliability, performance, and efficiency.
