Support in the building, optimisation and delivery of Carton United Brewerys (CUB) Commercial strategic plans, owning the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) calendar, facilitating several review rhythms and leading key strategic projects, such as SKU optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Execution Plan Communication - Partnering with Shopper Marketing and Sales Leadership to deliver the end-to-end process of building and communicating the leadership aligned in-market execution plans which support CUBs Commercial forecast as determined via IBP.
IBP & Commercial Rhythms Management - Work closely with Leaders and delegates, forum chairs, Functional Heads and Sales Operations to support the creation of IBP session content, maintain a rigorous calendar of Commercial Rhythms and manage hygiene factors for IBP rhythms.
