The Venue Justin Hemmes and executive chef Mike Eggerts (Tottis) new restaurant captures the spirit of the s underground scene by way of Brooklyn, Tokyo or Hong Kong taking its inspiration from all over. Expect their playful approach dialled right up, and a menu that cant be pinned down to one cuisine. Because, well, this is and we dont believe in labels. Think pasta and noodles.
