• Oversee daily operations of the microbrewery and restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure that all customers have an exceptional dining experience, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor and manage budgets, including revenue targets, cost control, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Manage inventory levels for both the kitchen and brewery, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.
• Ensure that all health, safety, and licencing regulations are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe environment for staff and patrons.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Plan and manage events, including brewery tours, tastings, and special dining experiences, to enhance the venue’s profile.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local businesses to drive repeat business and community engagement.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, staff issues, and operational challenges swiftly and effectively.


Qualifications/Attributes:

• Must have a Diploma in Hospitality Management or 3 years of work experience in lieu of the required qualification.
• Must have 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a microbrewery, bar, or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong financial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
