Job Summary

Shubh IT Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a client for a long-term engagement. My client is in the process of a multi-year digital transformation journey. Due to an ongoing demand in the Infrastructure space, there is a requirement for a highly skilled 'all-rounder' to join their team. This role will assist in the delivery of projects within the department ICT division.

Role Description

DevOps Engineer will be required to perform and/or have responsibility for duties including, but not limited to:
Planning, Design, Implement and Operation of the Kubernetes, Red hat OpenShift, Redh Hat OpenShift Data Foundation, Red Hat OpenShift Integration 3rd party tools, hardening, Logging and monitoring of Red Hat OpenShift cluster and application.
Design and implementation of infrastructure (VMware, Storage).
Patching and upgradation of Red Hat OpenShift.
Knowledge of Image registry.
Deployment of workloads on Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google).
Implement and Automate using IAC (Ansible, Terraform)
Design, Deploy and integrate VMware Aria Automation and Orchestrator (vRA)
Deliver infrastructure related projects
Create gather information, design, deployment, test cases, and as build Document
Containerization: Worked on any one of these technologies - RedHat OpenShift, AKS deployment, Kubernetes, Dockers.
Experience in writing technical policy documents and systems documentation
Scripting and Automation: Knowledge in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, VMware vRealize Automation) to automate tasks and streamline processes.
DevOps: Git, Bitbuket, Jenkins and other tools.

Desired Skills:
ITIL v4 Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
CKA Certified
Certified in one the leading Public Cloud
5+ years' experience in a similar role.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
