We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Supply & Prosthesis Officer to join our Stores and Supply Team at Kareena Private Hospital in this Permanent Full-Time opportunity.
About the Role
In this position you will be managing the hospitals Prosthesis stock using the computerized SAP Inventory Management Systems.
You will work closely with the various teams in the hospital to ensure they have access to required prosthesis supply and will strive to provide a high level of customer service and efficiency to ensure the smooth flow of distribution as required.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, some of your duties include;
Daily activity collecting, collating and processing theatre charge sheets for patient billing in Meditech. Reconcile billing of theatre prosthetics and rebateable items
Ensuring accurate recording and data entry of patient perioperative data and prosthesis numbers
