About this opportunity
This position provides support to the Group PPNZ Technology team responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing process automation solutions to the business including researching and evaluating new technologies and automation systems to enhance the business's operational efficiency and strategic goals. Preparing and managing capital expenditure for machines and tooling required to automate the production processes and to secure new business opportunities will form a large part of this role. Leading and executing complex automation projects as directed by GM - Technology as well as providing management, guidance and leadership to sites in Safety, Quality, Production, and Continuous Improvement with regards to automation systems and practices.
