As a result of our continued growth, Georgiou is seeking a Contract Administrator to be a part of our ongoing success in delivering major civil infrastructure upgrades across New South Wales.
You will focus on managing and monitoring all costs and contractual matters from project initiation to post-tender completion to ensure best possible commercial outcomes are achieved. Your key duties will involve:

Cost Management: Develop strategies for accurate cost estimating, budgeting, and tracking to ensure project profitability.
Scope Management: Establish a clear project scope, implement change control processes, and monitor progress to maintain project objectives.
Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and profitability analysis. Identify potential risks and opportunities to optimize project performance.
Subcontractor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and contribute to project success.


What you're good at:
In addition to holding relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with a proven track record of success within the civil construction or engineering field. Here's what sets you apart:
You are a confident and effective communicator who has demonstrated examples leading multiple claims, processes and subcontract management for a range of complex contracts/projects

You possess strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others while being highly effective in organising and problem-solving
Our project team is innovative, always ready for a laugh and willing to go out of their way to help each other and roll up their sleeves to drive positive project outcomes.
