Responsibilities You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
working on a diverse range of workplace relations matters, including employee entitlements, enterprise bargaining and enterprise agreement disputes, executive employment and corporate governance issues, award classifications and post-employment restraints;
be a key contact with regular involvement with clients, which include employers and employees across various sectors; and
appear in various courts and tribunals, including the Fair Work Commission.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have
At least 2 years PAE;
Experience working within a busy workplace relations practice;
Expertise in employment and industrial relations law;
Excellent organisational, analytical, drafting and communication skills;
Ability to show flexibility, adaptability and be a genuine team player
